Being allowed somewhere is not the same as having somewhere to go.
A venue can technically be available to teenagers and still be hard to use because of cost, enrolment, transport, opening hours, age restrictions or because it simply does not appeal to them.

identify limitations, correct material errors and avoid presenting a small sample as every teen's view.
